Yoga for Athletes: Designed for runners and other athletes with a focus on core strength and flexibility. Breath work, mantra, and meditation are taught to help cultivate the mental discipline and endurance needed to accomplish athletic goals and de-stress in everyday life. Great cross training for the body and soul.
No prior yoga experience necessary. Tuesdays from 7:15pm - 8:30pm
Location: Awake and Aware
Cost: Single Class = $15
Monthly Prepay = $13 per class
Student Price (with ID) = $10

WEDNESDAYS
6AM Hot Vinyasa Yoga: Rise and shine with this early morning, invigorating practice. Come in from the cold winter weather and let tension and toxins melt away in this transformational, heated class. It's the perfect way to start your day!
Intermediate Level.

Power Flow Yoga: This dynamic class combines deep breathing with flowing yoga postures like sun salutations. Let strength, flexibility, awareness, and joy flow through you and leave feeling empowered and energized for the weekend!
