Winter can be a great time to go within, but now is the time to get our energy moving and continue to grow. Spring is a great time to put positive changes into practice- being healthy, strong and flexible in body, mind, and spirit.
Yoga is there to help you on your journey and finding the right class for you is an important first step. If you are a mother, Yoga for Moms may be the perfect class for you!
