Welcome to Live Love Yoga

There has never been a better time to begin the study and practice of yoga.  We live in a busy and changing world, but through yoga we can develop awareness and see the unity in all things.  Yoga not only benefits the physical body, it also breaks down the barriers and limitations of the mind.  Yoga helps you connect to your inner wisdom and from this centered place experience peace, truth, and joy.

Keeping yourself healthy, reducing stress, and knowing your body are benefits of yoga.  Research shows that yoga creates balance in the nervous and endocrine systems, which directly influence all other systems and organs of the body.  It promotes good health, safely opens the body, and is ideal for building strength, flexibility, and balance.  Beyond the many benefits, yoga is a creative and fun way to get your body and spirit moving.

Yoga as a holistic approach to living and loving is what Live Love Yoga is all about. During this winter season, let yoga help keep you warm, active, happy and healthy. I invite you to join me for a class and see what yoga can do for you.  Now is the time to begin!
