Welcome to Live Love Yoga

As we move into spring, take time to turn towards the sun and light up your body and soul with a yoga routine that works for you.  Winter can be a great time to go within, but now is the time to get our energy moving and continue to grow. Spring is a great time to put positive changes into practice- being healthy, strong and flexible in body, mind, and spirit.

Yoga is there to help you on your journey and finding the right class for you is an important first step. If you are a mother, Yoga for Moms may be the perfect class for you! Or if you are a runner or athlete in training, Yoga for Athletes might be the best fit. Never tried yoga before? Don't let that stop you! Check out my NEW SPRING SCHEDULE and find the right class for you- begin to experience the benefits of yoga both on and off the mat. My teaching schedule is changing and more new things are on the horizon- check back often for updates!

We live in a busy and changing world, but through yoga we develop awareness and see the unity in all things. Yoga not only benefits the physical body, it also breaks down the limitations and barriers of the mind. Yoga helps you connect to your inner wisdom and from this centered place experience peace, truth, and joy.

Yoga promotes good health and is ideal for building strength, flexibility, and balance. Research shows that yoga creates balance in the nervous and endocrine systems, which directly influence all other systems and organs of the body. And it's a fun, creative way to get your body and spirit moving! Yoga as a holistic approach to living and loving is what Live Love Yoga is all about. Join me for a class and see what yoga can do for you as we turn toward the light of spring!
